Curiosity. I became involved in IT as a career changer in 1999 and started as a developer in the CRM environment in 2002. Over the years, I have increasingly moved into implementation consulting (solution architecture) and project management. What motivates me in my work is the insight into many different companies and industries and to accompany them with experience and ongoing technical innovations and to see that the solutions result in added value in the companies.
