• As a CRM Consultant at Ambit Group, you will build future-oriented solutions with Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications together with our innovative customers.
• In close cooperation with the Solution Architecture Team and the project management, you will take part in customer workshops to record customer-specific processes and requirements.
• You are responsible for the implementation of customer requirements in the area of "Low Code / No Code" tools on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• In the role of CRM consultant, you will support customer trainings to ensure user adoption.
• In your focus area, you will support our sales team in presales activities.
