As a member of the Customer Care team, it is your job to ensure optimal customer care in the Dynamics 365 area:

• You will receive inquiries about the Dynamics 365 CE customer solutions used by our customers and process them from 1st-3rd level.
• You support the internal organization in customizing customer requirements
• On request you are available for technical advice
• You will help with system administration, maintenance and installation of the internal environment
• Your participation contributes to the assurance and evaluation of the high quality standards of customer service

What's your ambition

• You have a noticeably inspiring and loyal personality and see your challenges in independently solving incidents and passing on your solution approaches?
• You have several years of experience in the area of Dynamics 365 CE & Office 365?
• Do you strive for a high level of customer and service orientation and an experienced approach to customers?
• Do you have knowledge in the areas of PowerBI, Power Automate, SSRS, SQL Server, interfaces, system monitoring, infrastructure?
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn as well as a great interest in new technologies are your daily motivation?
