  • You will support the customer in finding solutions from complex requirements to implementation possibilities in the area of Microsoft standard on-boarding tools. 
  • In close cooperation with the consulting team, you consult with the customer, design the solution and document it. 
  • Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform. 
  • You independently carry out customizations based on individual requirements 
  • If individual developments are necessary, you will prepare the functional requirements for the technical implementation. 
  • In the role of solution architect, you assume overall conceptual responsibility for customer-specific solution design. 
  • In your focus area, you will support our sales team in presales activities. 

What’s your ambition?

  • Customer relationship management with its processes in sales and marketing is your passion 
  • You have several years of experience in projects in the area of Dynamics 365 CE and are familiar with Microsoft Cloud technologies 
  • You enjoy conceptual work and are supported by your ability to think abstractly and analytically 
  • You enjoy presenting to customers thanks to your confident manner and strong communication skills 
  • You are customer-oriented and ask yourself in all your actions, "What would I want as a customer? 
  • You feel comfortable working in a tight team as well as independently 
  • You have very good oral and written German and English skills 
  • A high level of self-motivation and willingness to learn as well as a great interest in new technologies is what drives you every day 
  • You are motivated to work together with innovative organizations and people, and you are happy when your work can contribute to the fulfillment of their concerns.
