Ambit Group AG acquires digitisation contract at libs, Swiss industrial apprenticeships

More efficient business processes, maintaining master data only once in a central system and making it available to all important stakeholders - first and foremost in the cooperation with the 130 partner companies of libs: this is the goal of the digitalisation project that Ambit Group AG is realising with its partner Softsite in the Azure cloud.

In addition to the classic logistics/production workflow via order processing, material procurement and production, the use of Human Resource Management (HRM) is mapped on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance. Thanks to the add-ons provided by Softsite, the 1,100 apprentices in the 130 partner companies can be supported and further developed in the core process without media discontinuity by using the standard in HRM.

In the future, libs will handle the entire HR process in Dynamics 365, from the application to the hiring, accounting, qualification and promotion of apprentices. The administration of courses, payroll accounting and the connection to job portals such as JUSTY or LENA complement the functionalities. This also delights the partner companies, which can now work even more efficiently together with libs.
