With the definition of Vision 2025, the replacement of the current system and the selection of a new provider, APG|SGA is now taking the digital customer centricity journey into account in the Customer 360 project. After several months of evaluation, the Ambit Group was convincing users, IT and the management of itself and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as part of the comprehensive Microsoft platform. In joint workshops, the project team is now working out the details of all customer relationship-related processes.
By summer 2022, a modern, user-friendly platform that matches basic user requirements should be available. Other requirements and the utilisation of the new system's possibilities will gradually follow until the end of 2023. In the process, the innovations are to be implemented step by step in order to be able to learn from the previous versions.
A total of around 185 employees are switching to the new system.
