Knowing GWF's ambition to continuously develop, Ambit Group was able to challenge GWF's initial order. While at the beginning there was a discussion about a replacement strategy for the ERP system, GWF was soon impressed by an integrated platform solution: the seamless possibilities of the Microsoft platform with Dynamics 365 in the cloud and the ambitious project team with industry expertise in the manufacturing industry were convincing.
The goals: simplified standardised processes, centrally available data and a further development of the way of working in the organisation. Dynamics connects all areas of the company, makes data available centrally and transparently and thus enables agile decisions without limits.
Already since 2018, Ambit Group has been supporting GWF to efficiently update their lead-to-cash processes with ERP and CRM business applications. Agility, transparency and efficiency are their competitive advantages compared to their competitors in their home and future markets. Today, the processes are performing well enough for GWF to handle their lead-to-cash process (along the value chain) with a 25% increase in efficiency.
