After an exciting and challenging evaluation phase, the KOCH Group has opted for the Ambit Group. ADVANIS professionally accompanied this process as an evaluation partner. In the first project period, the existing ERP system will be replaced with Dynamics 365. At the same time, the opportunity will be taken to review and, if necessary, re-implement business processes and the pricing methodology.

Decision for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform

Dynamics 365 was clearly convincing in the evaluation phase thanks to its comprehensive service catalogue: All the requirements of the KOCH Group as a classic technical wholesaler as well as the project business in the security technology division can be mapped in the corresponding applications as a standard. The fact that Dynamics 365 runs as a cloud solution on the Microsoft Azure Cloud in Switzerland ensures further security for the future.

The Ambit Group team also convinced the KOCH Group above all in its consulting with the necessary industry know-how. As a core aspect within the evaluation, the KOCH Group particularly appreciated the experience that Ambit Group contributes in technical wholesale. In this way, processes can be defined in a long-term partnership at eye level and future challenges can be mastered with the appropriate knowledge.

With the full use of Power BI, the KOCH Group is striving for state-of-the-art in corporate management and reporting. In the future, corporate management key figures and evaluations will be provided in real time by Power BI, which will significantly support day-to-day business and quick decisions.
