Starting in 2019, Ambit Group, together with our partner Aproda (formerly Alpha Solutions), accompanied Swissmilk in a comprehensive digitalisation project for the core applications CRM & ERP and introduced the Dynamics 365 platform.

As a further milestone, the solution has now been transferred from Microsoft's European data centre to the local Swiss data centre (news article Dynamics 365 has been granted the Swiss passport). This fulfils the wish to store the data in Switzerland and to keep the application in operation in their own country. Microsoft carried out the transfer in coordination and support with us as a partner. The changeover went according to planning and after a short interruption and a few adjustments, the solution could already be fully used again.
