WEY Group has successfully implemented the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, replacing three stand-alone systems with the Dynamics 365 platform - clear added value here: greater efficiency in collaboration, scalability of processes and more transparent management metrics.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an integrated business software that includes both ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Engagement) in Dynamics 365 SCM - Finance - including marketing and service functionalities (Customer and Field Service). Combining ERP and CE in Dynamics allows WEY Group to map its business processes end-to-end. By integrating and linking their financial and customer data, they can thereby continuously optimize their processes.
The implementation of the Dynamics 365 platform provides improved process efficiencies, better internal business process analysis capabilities, and higher customer service satisfaction. The implementation is a milestone and will enable WEY Group to successively expand its IT landscape on the platform in the future and reap the benefits of continuous development.
