The World Vision Foundation Switzerland and Liechtenstein, based in Dübendorf, decides to consistently digitalise its external communication and its internal work and collaboration processes. With the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, it modernises its ERP and CRM landscape, which has grown over the years, and leads it into an innovative and dynamic future. Automation in donor engagement, fundraising processes and even financial processes (incl. project and cost accounting) are at the centre of the roll-out phase of the new cloud platform.
Ambit Group is pleased to be able to implement this project as a competent and experienced realisation partner. For more than two years, it has been making a dedicated effort as a digitalisation partner for the 3rd sector, which is faced with the enormous challenge of taking into account the social and technical developments of recent years with targeted investments, in addition to pursuing charitable goals. The project implementation is supported by amender ag, which has already successfully positioned itself as a consultant in many NPO IT projects.
The Ambit NPO Foundation already brings added value in complex address management, automated communication processes with donors, for fundraising and for mapping transparent cash flows. Building on this, the customer-specific requirements, which are very heterogeneous in the diverse NPO landscape, can be implemented.
With this courageous and wise decision, World Vision becomes one of the pioneers for the migration to the NPO Cloud.
