OXID Webshop

Microsoft Dynamics 365 provides a central platform for managing all customer interactions, with a unified and consistent solution across channels and devices. This also includes the OXID WebShop. Dynamics 365 enables seamless end-to-end integration, minimizes disruptions, ensures end-to-end coverage, and simplifies the shopping and purchasing experience, both online and in-store.

Customer management: Customer data is managed centrally in Dynamics 365. 

Order management: All orders via the online shop are automatically processed in Dynamics 365 and transferred to logistics as standard.

Multishop: Set up as many multishops as you like for your business and manage them centrally.

Product management: Easy management of product information (e.g. article information with variants, product attributes, product images, etc.) in Dynamics 365.

Prices: Price variations from Dynamics 365 with price groups, individual and group prices, discounts, currencies and validity are taken into account in the shop.

Customer Self Service: With the customer portal, all information (order, delivery and payment status) is available at any time and on all channels. Dynamics 365 enables customers to generate booked invoices in real time directly in the portal.

Omnichannel experience: The online shop is operated directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Magento Shop

With Microsoft Dynamics 365 we have extended the interface to the Magento Shop with categories and exploded views. The shop maintenance of master data, images, videos, categories and drawings can now be done completely in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and does not require any additional administration by webshops.

The benefit for our customers, apart from a quick and secure startup, is, among other things, that we know the daily challenges in the running operation of online shops from customer situations and our own test scenarios and can therefore help with planning and execution.

Exclusively at Ambit Group: An optimized data and function loop (eCommerce Interface) online shop is available for our shop operators. Tools enable a quick start of the shop and form a secure basis for a later individualization or expansion of the eCommerce processes.

The eCommerce D365 interface: The interface controls the exchange of functions and data between Dynamics 365 and the online shop. The set of rules for agreements is defined in Dynamics via central management parameters and thus influences the way the online shop works.

  • Function matrix: Which products are presented in the shop in which order (categorization)
  • Prices, designations, descriptions, pictures
  • Variant selection (e.g. size selection)
  • Handling of shopping baskets
  • and much more.

The handling of the processes is almost freely selectable on the basis of the available function matrix and creates a wide variety of possibilities for our customers to operate their Magento-based online shop in a tailor-made way. The interface is managed in the central solution Dynamics 365.
