Together with my team, I support non-profit organisations and educational institutions in their digitalisation. To enable them to focus even more on their great work and their wonderful projects thanks to digitalised processes based on modern cloud solutions is my passion. At the end of the process, an application is created, but the journey to get there only works together with all the people involved - it's a people business!

For me, the value is to be passionate and put my whole heart into what I do. The enthusiasm for technology and software is what brought me to IT. Since then, this enthusiasm has allowed me to master new developments and challenges again and again; without passion, this would not be possible. In addition to my passion for technical topics, I also get incredibly excited by the work of our customers. This is how we can support them in their tasks in the best possible way.

Our ambitious projects are never short of challenges in an environment that is agile and characterized by permanent change. Trusting and open interaction with each other helps to achieve better, sustainable solutions much faster, so that in the end everyone benefits for the long term. For me, competence and openness in the project team to acquire missing skills are core competences in a successful project.
