What is your Ambition?

The AI era will become the greatest strategic advantage for those companies that make consistent use of it. My aim with Ambit IQ is to guide our clients precisely in that direction: from AI potential to realised value creation, with solutions that stand the test of time in practice, not just on paper. I measure success by our clients’ competitive position, not by our list of projects.

Which of our core values do you identify with the most? Why?

Adaptive. Our clients are navigating a market that is changing faster than ever before. They need a partner who anticipates this change, rather than merely managing it. For me, therefore, adaptability is not an internal virtue, but a promise to our clients: those who work with us stay ahead of developments, rather than lagging behind.

What is decisive for success in a project for you?

That we understand our client’s business before we talk about technology. Three things are crucial to success: a clearly defined business outcome against which we are measured; the honesty to make even uncomfortable recommendations; and the commitment to building the client’s capabilities rather than creating dependencies. A project is only successful when the client can move forward without us and still wants to work with us again.
