• As Solution Architect at the Ambit Group you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements gathering together with our consultants/project managers.
• You will guide the customer, within the framework of solution finding, from complex needs to implementation possibilities in the area of Microsoft standard tools
• In close cooperation with the consulting team you advise the customer, design the solution and document it
• Together with our innovative customers you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• You carry out customizations based on customer requirements independently
• If individual developments are necessary, you prepare the professional requirements for the technical implementation
• In the role of Solution Architect you will take over the overall conceptual responsibility for the solution design
• In your focus area you will support our sales team in presales activities

What's your ambition?

• ​​​​​​Customer Relationship Management with its processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service is your passion?
• You have several years of experience in projects in the area of Dynamics 365 CE and are familiar with Microsoft Cloud Technologies?
• You enjoy conceptual work and your ability to think abstractly and analytically supports you in this?
• With your confident appearance and your communication skills, you won't lose any sleep when giving presentations to customers?
