In the Custom Digitalization division, we develop customized solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies—ranging from process automation to complex business applications.

We work on:

• custom business applications using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• digital processes and end-to-end automation
• integrations between business systems, data sources, and platforms
• extensions to existing business applications (e.g., Dynamics 365)
• scalable, maintainable, and sustainable solution architectures

As a Consultant & Senior Project Manager for Custom Digitalization, you will take responsibility for challenging digitalization projects—from the initial concept to the final, operational solution.

You’ll navigate between client consulting, solution design, and project management. This rarely involves clearly defined requirements, but rather questions such as:

• How do you digitize a process so that it truly works in everyday use?
• How do you translate complex business requirements into a scalable technical solution?
• How do you connect systems so that data flows consistently and processes become seamless?
• How do you build solutions that not only work today but remain maintainable in the long term and incorporate tomorrow’s AI solutions?

You’ll work closely with clients, consulting, solution design, and engineering teams, taking end-to-end responsibility for projects and solutions.

You will:

• Lead and implement custom digitalization projects based on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into viable solutions
• Lead interdisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, architects)
• Shape architecture and solution decisions in collaboration with solution architects
• Design digital processes, automations, and custom applications
• Orchestrate integrations between systems, data sources, and platforms
• Take responsibility for scope, budget, schedule, and quality
• Advise customers at all levels—functionally, technically, and strategically
• Support presales activities and present solutions persuasively

One day you might be discussing a process architecture with a client. The next, you’ll be structuring a project setup or guiding a team through a critical phase. After that, you’ll oversee the implementation of a solution through to go-live.

Additional experience with the following is advantageous:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Dynamics 365 or other business applications
• Azure, cloud architectures, or integration platforms
• Data models, governance, and scaling of solutions
