The Ambit Group uses all tools of the Microsoft Business Applications platform. This essentially includes all Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications for CRM & ERP (except Business Central), the entire Power Platform, and Azure services. Additionally, other web technologies and specific natively integrable solutions (add-ons) are also used.

In XRM, the “X” stands for “anything” or “anything relationship management” – meaning an extension of the classic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to a flexible platform approach that can map not only customer relationships but practically any kind of relationships and processes. Ambit uses XRM as an extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to create customized, industry-specific solutions that go beyond traditional customer management.
With our Custom Digitalization offering, we enable the custom development of software for specific process areas using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 framework. This reduces customer dependency, leverages no-code & low-code development, and provides a freely scalable platform. As a result, development times are significantly reduced.
