The Ambit Group has been recognised as a top company for the fourth time, making it once again one of the best employers in the DACH region. With a recommendation rate for the Ambit Group of 100 per cent in the evaluations of the last two years and a value of 4.3 on the 5-star scale, the Ambit Group was able to qualify for the top seal. This puts the Ambit Group in the top 5 per cent of all employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Great Place to Work® certified

After 2021 and 2022, we also received the popular Great Place to Work® certification for Switzerland in 2024.

The independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® was able to award us this seal thanks to the positive feedback from our employees in Germany and Switzerland.

We are a proud member of the Microsoft Inner Circle 2024 / 2025, a distinction awarded to only the top 1 per cent of all Microsoft partners worldwide. As a member of the Inner Circle 2024-2025, the Ambit Group is invited to the Inner Circle Summit in spring 2025.

Legendary employee events characterise our corporate culture

Our corporate culture is characterised by legendary events that represent our core values. For example, we enjoyed a cosy Christmas party under the motto of passion, a summer party under the motto of down-to-earthness and, most recently, an event under the value of determination.
