As a Full Stack Developer at the Ambit Group, you’ll develop modern, customized software solutions for real-world business needs. You’ll work on applications, front ends, APIs, integrations, and backend services—from the initial idea through to production deployment. Depending on the project, you’ll develop standalone solutions or enhance existing platforms with custom components.
Our projects rarely start with fully defined specifications.

Instead, they begin with questions like:

• How do you digitize a process so that it actually works in everyday use?
• How do you build a frontend that makes complex business logic understandable and usable?
• How do you connect systems so that data flows reliably and processes become seamless?
• How do you develop solutions that not only work today but will also remain maintainable and scalable tomorrow?

You’ll work in an environment characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, technical rigor, and close collaboration with consulting, clients, and engineering teams.

You will:

• design, develop, and enhance modern full-stack applications
• build custom frontends and components using technologies such as React and TypeScript
• develop scalable backends, APIs, and integrations
• translate business requirements into clean, maintainable technical solutions
• design and implement data flows, interfaces, and system communication
• contribute to architectural decisions and take on technical responsibility
• support solutions from conception through implementation to deployment
• work closely with consulting, solution design, customers, and other developers

One day you’ll be discussing an architecture or a solution approach. The next, you’ll be developing a frontend module or an integration. Then you’ll get the solution up and running in production.

You don’t just work on tickets. You build solutions that are actually used within the company.

• The Microsoft ecosystem, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform
• Custom extensions for business applications
• Event-driven architectures
• CI/CD, testing, and Infrastructure as Code
• Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native environments
• AI-powered features or intelligent automation scenarios
