In your function as Service Consultant in the area of the ERP software MS Dynamics AX/365, your task is to ensure optimal support for our customers. Your daily tasks include the processing of international support cases, you are responsible for Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 installations as well as for technical support at customers.

• You work in support (1st-3rd level) for the ERP software Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
• You are a competent contact person for customers in all questions concerning Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
• You analyse support cases and develop targeted solutions
• Development adaptations and interface configuration are your daily tasks
• You monitor customer systems in order to detect weak points in advance
• The support of the support ticket system is your responsibility
• You will be involved in ensuring and expanding the high quality standards of customer service

What's your ambition?

• You have profound experience with the ERP system Dynamics AX/365 and feel at home in the business processes as well as in the development area? 
• Do you have a completed training as an IT specialist for application development or a comparable technical orientation or professional experience in the IT support environment?
• Customer and service orientation as well as an experienced handling of customers is a matter of course for you?
• You are good at communication and have organizational skills?
• Do you have a perfect command of German and a solid knowledge of English? (more languages welcome)
• You already have professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/365?
• You also have developer knowledge (X++) within Dynamics AX/365?
• Are you independent, resilient and flexible?
