At the Ambit Group, we drive growth with ambition, team spirit and openness. We are now looking for a Sales Director CX/CRM (m/f/d), regardless of location (D/CH), who will continue to conquer the German and Swiss markets with us.

Your Role & Challenge, Our Ambition.

  • Acquiring new customers through targeted lead and opportunity management
  • Market representation and customer enthusiasm for transformative CX/CRM projects on the Microsoft platform (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure)
  • C-level consulting in key areas: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Field Service
  • Central interface between CX management, business units, marketing and BDM team
  • Network development with Microsoft, partners and customers
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of a holistic go-to-market strategy

What's your ambition?

  • Enthusiast with C-level network and several years of experience in the CX/CRM ecosystem (ideally Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow®, SAP)
  • Experience in the acquisition of challenging CX/CRM consulting and implementation projects
  • Consulting expertise in the digital transformation of customers in the upper midmarket
  • Enabler for a conceptual realignment of future Ambit customers in the area of CX
  • Strong conceptual thinking, analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Team player with very good German and English skills
  • Person with perseverance who can deal with a no
  • Convincing personality who can get a new customer project over the finishing line.
