Your ambition – our mission.
As one of the leading Microsoft partners in the DACH region, we are passionate about digitising business models. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, we empower companies and organisations to develop customer relationships in a targeted manner, streamline processes and make data-driven decisions – across a range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, the non-profit sector, education and the service sector.
To drive our growth in the Customer Experience (CRM) sector in a targeted manner, we are creating a new key role at executive level. As a CRM Sales Executive, you will be a member of the CRM Executive Team (EXEC) and report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for securing new business – whilst simultaneously building the future sales organisation in line with the company’s and department’s strategy.

We make ambition work.
You will close qualified leads and opportunities and be responsible for new customer revenue in the CRM/customer experience business – in a focused and professional manner, engaging with decision-makers as an equal. At the same time, you will help shape the sales organisation of the future.
What you can expect:
- Deal ownership: You take responsibility from the qualified opportunity right through to the signed contract – in both direct business and formal tenders (RFPs). You are committed to excellence in closing deals for sustainable client projects
- Consultative selling at C-level: You understand your clients’ challenges, translate them into viable solutions and coordinate the right advisors and subject matter experts at the right time throughout the sales process.
- Independent Opportunity Generation: In addition to incoming enquiries, you actively identify your own sales opportunities – through your network, across industries and via partners.
- Microsoft Co-Sell: You will expand collaboration with the Microsoft sales organisation and make targeted use of the partner ecosystem to accelerate the pipeline and close deals.
- Building and leading the sales organisation: You will play an active role in shaping the future sales organisation from day one, recruit your team and lead them both professionally and in terms of discipline – in line with the company and departmental strategy.
- Pipeline & Forecast Discipline: You will maintain the pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM system, derive actions from these, and ensure transparency for senior management.
- Executive Responsibility in EXEC CRM: As a member of the CRM Executive Management Team, you will help shape the sales and departmental strategy – with genuine scope for influence and creativity, and the corresponding level of responsibility.
What's your ambition?
You bring the following to the table:
- Proven track record in solution sales: You have successfully sold business applications or CRM/SaaS services that require in-depth explanation (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
- Excellence in closing deals: You impress not through sheer activity, but through results. You can demonstrate your track record of closed deals and your win rate.
- C-level maturity: You conduct yourself credibly at executive level – through your seniority, understanding of the industry and processes, and a robust network.
- Leadership drive: You don’t just want to close deals; you want to build and lead a sales organisation – and you possess the entrepreneurial mindset required to do so.
- Cross-sector understanding: You feel at home in our core sectors within the upper mid-market (industry/manufacturing, retail, non-profit, education, service providers) or can quickly familiarise yourself with them.
- Languages: Very good German and good English.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany (approx. 20–40%).
Your perspective:
You’ll start with a clear mandate to build and shape the organisation – as a senior role within the CRM management team. As you succeed, your area of responsibility will grow: from building the initial team to scaling up the entire sales organisation. You’ll help shape this area from the very beginning.
