• As a Solution Architect at Ambit Group, you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements analysis together with our consultants/project managers.
• Working closely with the consulting team, you will advise customers, design solutions, and document them.
• You will develop customer-specific solutions based on project and company requirements and assume overall conceptual responsibility for the customer-specific solution design.
• As part of the solution development process, you will guide customers from complex requirements to implementation options using standard Microsoft tools.
• If individual developments are necessary, you will prepare the technical requirements for technical implementation.
• You will independently carry out customizations based on customer requirements.
• Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
• In your area of focus, you will support our sales team in presales activities.

What’s your ambition?

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Completed degree at a university of applied sciences or university in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study
• At least 3 years of experience in solution engineering
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE projects and are familiar with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Customer processes and the appropriate technical solutions are your passion
• You enjoy conceptual work and your abstract thinking and analytical skills support you in this
• Thanks to your confident manner and strong communication skills, giving presentations to customers does not cause you any sleepless nights
• You are customer-oriented and ask yourself “What would I want as a customer?” in everything you do
• You feel comfortable both working closely with a team and working independently.
• High self-motivation, organization, willingness to learn, and a keen interest in new technologies are what drive you every day.
