Ambit Group is again a certified Great Place to Work®!

The Ambit Group can once again call itself a Great Place to Work®. The independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® has again issued the certification for a year based on employee satisfaction in Switzerland. With a Trust Index™ of 80 percent, the result in Switzerland improved by 5 percentage points compared to the previous year. In the emotional area around the statement, "All in all, I can say this is a great place to work." an approval rating of 87 percent was achieved. This corresponds to an increase of 16 percentage points compared to the previous year's value.

In small teams, we worked on the focus areas credibility, respect, pride and team spirit during the current year. We discussed challenges in everyday life in workshops, specifically worded them in concrete terms and identified appropriate measures. These were presented to the Executive Board, then project topics were consolidated and responsibilities defined. The year 2023 is now all about the consistent implementation of measures.»
