Kito Armaturen GmbH counts on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
For more than six years, the Ambit Group has been providing Kito Armaturen GmbH from Braunschweig with professional and cooperative support based on industry know-how. Thanks to competent support, the Ambit Group is now allowed to implement the order for the new introduction of D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the cloud: a valuable vote of confidence in the previous work towards the supporting team and the Ambit Group.

The important and complex compliance topic "sanctions list" will be taken into account at Kito in future with the establishment of a sanctions list check at Cerberus. In this way, Kito can meet its obligation to take into account sanctioned countries with delivery stops thanks to real-time information.
In the production and logistics environment, Microsoft's product configurator is set up. Its use was assessed in advance in a feasibility study. Existing elements are now being set up in D365. Serial number tracking enables Kito to track their products at different locations and to carry out recall actions in case of quality defects. Production control according to Kanban is also possible on D365 with the scanner solution Anywhere as an add-on. The personal time recording tool of the Ambit Group with connection to KABA Benzing terminals is in use, so the beginning and end of work are transferred directly to D365, and in return the working time and holiday time balances of the employees are sent to the terminals. In this way, evaluations such as monthly reports are possible at any time. Employee-related operational data, as well as sick days or other absences, can also be maintained by the HR department.
Power BI is now used for reporting purposes, with the aim of being able to pull and process the data themselves in the future. The project start and the onboarding of Dynamics 365 already took place in November: 12 months are planned for the project implementation.
