• As a Solution Architect at Ambit Group, you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements analysis together with our consultants/project managers
• As part of the solution-finding process, you will guide customers from complex requirements to implementation options using standard Microsoft tools
• Working closely with the consulting team, you will advise customers, design the solution, and document it
• Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• You will independently carry out customizations based on customer requirements
• If individual developments are necessary, you will prepare the technical requirements for technical implementation
• In the role of Solution Architect, you will assume overall conceptual responsibility for customer-specific solution design
• In your area of focus, you will support our sales team in presales activities
   

What's your ambition?

• Customer processes and the technical solutions that go with them are your passion
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE projects and are familiar with Microsoft Cloud technologies
• You enjoy conceptual work, and your abstract thinking and analytical skills support you in this
• Thanks to your confident manner and strong communication skills, giving presentations to customers does not cause you any sleepless nights
• You are customer-oriented and ask yourself “What would I want as a customer?” in everything you do
• You feel comfortable both working closely with a team and working independently
• You have very good verbal and written German and English skills
• High self-motivation, organization, willingness to learn, and a keen interest in new technologies are what drive you every day
