• As Solution Architect at the Ambit Group you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements gathering together with our consultants/project managers
• You will guide the customer, within the framework of solution finding, from complex needs to implementation possibilities in the area of Microsoft standard tools
• In close cooperation with the consulting team, you advise the customer, design the solution and document it
• Together with our innovative customers you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• You carry out customizations based on customer requirements independently
• If individual developments are necessary, you prepare the professional requirements for the technical implementation
• In the role of Solution Architect you will take over the overall conceptual responsibility for the customer-specific solution design
• In your focus area you will support our sales team in presales activities

• You have several years of experience in projects in the area of Dynamics 365 CE and are familiar with Microsoft Cloud technologies
• You enjoy conceptual work, and your ability to think abstractly and analytically will support you in your work
• Due to your confident appearance and your communication skills, you will not lose any sleepless nights while giving presentations to customers
• You live customer orientation and question in all your actions "What would I want as a customer?"
• You feel comfortable both in close teamwork and in independent work
• You have very good oral and written German and English skills
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn as well as a great interest in new technologies are your daily motivation
