Our extensive consultancy experience in the area of CRM/ERP assists our customers in all issues relating to CRM or ERP projects. We will advise you on how to select applications for hosting models and for related topics such as digital transformation or business intelligence, and questions surrounding licensing.

Realisation & Project
After the strategy has been developed, it is implemented during the realisation phase applying carefully evaluated software. It’s indispensable that staff engage with the process, to ensure that the strategy achieves its full potential. Experienced project managers guide you through the project applying proven methodology. We prefer using the SureStep method for ERP project management, and Scrum for CRM projects.
Training
Ambit Group holds both individual and standard training courses. We guide our customers through the go-live phase and train their key users using the “train the trainer” principle. We will also help you to train all persons using the software, as required.
Support & Maintenance
We greatly value excellent service and satisfied customers. We have our own support team in Winterthur and in Wetzikon to serve these needs. This guarantees smooth-running services during day-to-day operations, making sure that you’ll receive support at any time, if required.
