After challenging years with a high proportion of people working from home and, at the same time, above-average growth with many new employees, the Ambit Group decided to test the Workation Week concept in Piemont with the German and Swiss CRM teams. The aim was to get to know each other better through co-working in various teams and thereby noticeably improve cooperation. The Workation Village offered the ideal setting for that.
The summary after 5 days of working together, inspiring workshops and great team-building offers: This week is a worthwhile investment in a collective future, in our cooperation and in even better communication. If everyone gets to know each other on a different level, challenges can be mastered even better together.
