Ambit Group: House of Winterthur and Stadt Winterthur visits!

The Ambit Group welcomed representatives from the Stadt Winterthur and the House of Winterthur to an official visit at the office in the Turm-Areal.

The exchange focused on the further development of Winterthur as a business location and the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in business, administration and society.

The visit underscores the close cooperation between innovative technology companies and local business development agencies and shows how partnership-based dialogue creates sustainable added value for the region. During the visit, the Ambit Group presented practical insights into how end-to-end digital processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform help companies work more efficiently and sustainably strengthen their competitiveness in the long term.

In addition, common points of contact were identified: from the digitalisation of public services to the networking of business, education and research.

The open exchange sent a strong signal for the joint shaping of digital change and the long-term strengthening of Winterthur as a business location.

About the House of Winterthur

House of Winterthur is the integrated location marketing organisation for the city and region of Winterthur, combining location promotion and tourism in a single organisation.

From 2026 to 2029, the organisation will work closely with the city to promote business, education, culture and tourism and position Winterthur as an attractive location.

Its core tasks include supporting settlement processes, documenting company needs and conducting around two dozen company visits per year.

Together with the city, House of Winterthur uses its network and operational expertise to strengthen the competitiveness of the location in the long term.
