We’re looking for you: a motivated professional with a hands-on mindset, strong customer focus, and a confident, polished presence.

What you’ll do:

• You will take the lead and be responsible for implementation in smaller CX and CRM projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Together with the team, you will support the design of processes and customer experiences.
• In sub-projects, you will work closely with customers and partner companies to ensure smooth coordination.
• After careful analysis, you will advise customers on optimizing processes, organization, and customer experiences—with a focus on best practices, use cases, and data strategies in sales.
• In addition, you will actively participate in presales activities and support our sales team.
• You will always keep an eye on project goals, schedules, and quality.

What you’ll bring:

• You have 3–5 years of experience in IT projects or consulting.
• You enjoy actively implementing projects.
• You have already gained initial experience in stakeholder and expectation management.
• With your confident manner and clear communication skills, you are at ease at all levels.
• You are particularly interested in CRM processes (sales, marketing, service, field service) and CX topics.
• You always put the customer at the center of your actions.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• Self-motivation, a love of learning, and enthusiasm for new technologies round out your profile.
