SQS opts for a future on the D365 platform with Ambit Group
The Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) is the strong, independent Swiss brand for certification and auditing services. It generates sustainable added value internally and externally - and beyond national borders. More than 450 auditors in Switzerland and abroad carry out inspections and audits for SQS clients. SQS is registered with the Swiss accreditation authority for many sector-specific standards, such as ISO 9001 (quality management) or ISO 22000 (food safety).
As a current user of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, SQS decided to re-evaluate its future digital capabilities with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The Ambit Group was able to convince SQS with its expertise in providing end-to-end consulting services for the Microsoft platform and in optimising and implementing core processes.
An early marketing project should enable the organisation to achieve first "quick wins" in lead acquisition. In parallel, a roadmap is being developed, guided by the vision and based on the strategic objectives, which forms the basis for further implementation steps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM) and takes into account the future priorities of business development.
SQS appreciates the opportunity to review and adapt its processes to future business requirements with the Dynamics 365 implementation. They expect an increase in efficiency in the company of around 20 per cent through this.
