Swissmem has decided to embark on the customer engagement journey with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with the Ambit Group. With new requirements in member support and marketing, as well as a complex system landscape, the association clearly sees the potential in replacing the existing system with D365 CE. Until summer 2022, the focus will be on master data and member management, offer management and the connection to the ERP system (finance module).
With D365 CE as an arbitrarily scalable platform, the Ambit Group, together with Swissmem, is in a position to implement the project in a sustainable and user-friendly manner with manageable changes in the company.
The goal in the first step? To define future-oriented processes that enable simple, user-friendly handling in everyday life and a 360-degree view of its members from a personal and company perspective.
