Ambit Group recognized as a Top Company and Great Place to Work in 2025

The Ambit Group is one of the top employers in the DACH region

For the fifth time, the Ambit Group has been named a Top Company, once again confirming its status as one of the best employers in the DACH region. With a recommendation rate of 100 percent for the Ambit Group in the ratings over the last three years and a score of 4.4 on the 5-star scale, the Ambit Group qualified for the top seal. This puts the Ambit Group among the top 5 percent of all employers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Following the awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023, we have once again received the Great Place to Work® certification for Switzerland for 2024/2025. The independent research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® awards this seal based on an anonymous employee survey. In the current evaluation, 96 percent of our employees in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Romania confirm that the Ambit Group is a great place to work.
